Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
2. Condition of Returned Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products can only be returned if they are completely unused and unopened, with the original plastic seal and packaging intact.
If the outer seal or packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
4. Return Approval
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
